How Our Satisfaction Guarantee Works

We encourage you to try our products at home and follow the usage guidance provided on labels, booklets, or any bespoke advice from our customer care team. To ensure the best results:

  1. Test First: Always test the product on an inconspicuous area of your handbag before full application.
  2. Follow Our Guidance: Use the product as instructed to achieve the desired results. Our team are also always on hand for any guidance or questions you may have. You can email us, contact us on Instagram or use our live chat on our website.
  3. Use the free samples given: We include a free set within all Hardware Protector packs and always recommend using these to practise with.

If, despite following these steps, you are not satisfied with the outcome, we’re here to help.

How to Qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Document Your Experience: Take clear, time-stamped photos of your handbag both before and after using our product. These photos should showcase the area of concern.
  2. Reach Out to Us: Email the photos and details of your experience to hey@havredeluxe.com within 60 days of your purchase.
  3. Evaluation: Our team will review the evidence provided. If approved, you’ll have the option to:
    • Receive a replacement product to continue your care journey.
    • Return your products & receive a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that incomplete applications or those submitted after the 60-day window will not be eligible for the guarantee.
