However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

• For brand new handbags, you can skip straight to step 3 and just protect.
• For stains that need removal, you may need to cleanse more than once for the best results.
• For scuffs and scratches, consider adding our Wonder Balm or Restore Pens as part of step 2, before protection.

Always make sure to allow 4-6 hours between applications to let each layer work effectively!

For best results, follow the specific instructions included with each product.

Generally, we recommend using a soft Application Mitt or cloth for an even, smooth finish.

Apply a small amount of product to the Mitt / Cloth and apply in circular motions.

Always allow the item to dry fully before handling or proceeding to use another product.

Within your order you will receive expert-created guides to ensure you use our products correctly.

For most items, a gentle cleanse, condition & protect every 3-4 months will maintain their condition.

However, if you use your handbag frequently or notice marks & stains, we recommend applying a little more often to protect it from moisture, color transfer, and stains.

Typically, one application of our products is enough to protect your luxury accessories.

However, for fabrics or brand-new items, you may want to apply two lighter layers to ensure extra protection—this is especially important for shoes like Uggs, suede, or fabric trainers.

If you're dealing with a mark or stain, you might need to cleanse more than once, but always remember to apply gently and evenly. Avoid using too much force, and allow at least 4-6 hours between applications for the best results.
