Changed Your Mind? Here’s How Our Returns Work:

  • 60-Day Return Policy:
    You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • How to Start a Return:
    Contact us at hey@havredeluxe.com to begin your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
    Please note: We do not provide free returns or return shipping labels. All return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, any eligible refund will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.

  • Try at Home:
    Test our products at home and follow the usage guidance on labels, booklets, or any bespoke advice from our customer care team.
  • Test First:
    Always try the product on an inconspicuous area before full application.
  • Use Our Free Samples:
    We include free samples with all Hardware Protector packs—perfect for practising before you apply.
  • Need Help?
    Our team is always here for guidance or questions via email, Instagram, or live chat.

If You’re Not Satisfied:

  1. Document Your Experience:
    Take clear, time-stamped photos of your handbag before and after using our product, showing the area of concern.
  2. Reach Out:
    Email your photos and a brief description of your experience to hey@havredeluxe.com within 60 days of purchase.
  3. Evaluation:
    Our team will review your case. If approved, you can choose to:
    • Receive a replacement product
    • Return your item(s) for a refund to your original payment method

Other things to note:

We do not provide free returns or return shipping labels. All return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount as well as original postage deductions. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
